In light of Aotearoa entering another strict lockdown, we want to make sure our community has access to as many resources as possible to support our mental and emotional wellbeing. 
This eBook was written by Maddie in 2019 and is a collation of other's stories, advice, cognitive techniques and tangible action to promote mindfulness and mental resilience. Whilst this little book does not constitute professional treatment, we hope it makes you feel validated, supported and somewhat less alone. Where there is hope, anything is possible. We hope that this little eBook helps you to realise that.
