TEAM
The Neighbourhood team is Directed by Madeline Mason and Brittany Mark and supported by Grace Allen and Ella Halstead across Communications, Creative, Events and Strategy portfolios respectively.
We are a 20+ strong team, all with day jobs who work on Neighbourhood as a passion project we all really believe in.
About us
Brittany's analytical and creative brain refined through her work in Digital Engineering combined with Madeline's empathy and person-first approach fostered in her medical studies have created a leadership team that is compassionate, innovative and progressive.
Together, with a dedicated team of 21 volunteers, they lead and mentor the Neighbourhood team in four major cities throughout Aotearoa, bringing you impactive events, fostering safe spaces and championing social change.

Grace is our ever agile, charismatic and enthusiastic events director. She is based in Ōtepoti Dunedin and oversees Neighbourhood events nationwide.
